Many times in life we are presented with allegorical proofs and little snippets
of wisdom from our families. Some are humorous, some are dead on accurate. Here
are a few of my family's pearls of wisdom.
From my Dad...
That thing will get you in more trouble in five minutes than you can get
out of in 5 years.
There's never been a horse that couldn't be rode, or a man that couldn't
be throwed.
Now son, I don't care if you win or lose, but you'd better let 'em know
you've been there.
From me...
Every moment of life is a battle, won or lost on the whim of a thought controlled,
or an action uncontrolled.
The contents of an opaque object can only be fully seen by breaking the object.
Don't piss on my leg when your pants are on fire.
There are no scary places, only frightened people.
The truly mad are intensely alone in their saneness.
